The marine15 Organising Committee are pleased to offer a multiple delegate registration initiative to support businesses and government agencies to send more than one delegate to this leading marine industry event.
This initiative is available to BIAA/MIA/ANZSBEG/Marine NZ Members only. All delegates registered under this initiative must be booked at the same time to take advantage of the special rates.

Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone.

Registration cancellations received by Friday, 27th February 2015 will receive a full refund, less a $150.00 administration fee.
Registration cancellations received between Monday, 2nd March and Monday, 20th April 2015 will receive a 50% refund. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until this date.
No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 20th April 2015. After this date at a cost of AU$20.00 will apply to any amendments and transfer of registrations.
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior to the conference may be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation policies.
All registrations received by International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by Marine15.
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd and Marine15 cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can Marine15 and International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
